By engaging with Digi Rush Solutions, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms ensure clarity and transparency in our service delivery.
1. Website Development Projects
- Projects valued above $1,000 require a formal contract outlining payment terms and project scope.
- For projects valued at $1,000 or below, we offer up to 3 mockup revisions, provided client feedback is received within 5 business days of each revision.
- If the client fails to respond within this period, additional changes may incur extra charges.
2. Logo Design Revisions
- Revisions are offered based on the chosen logo package.
- Clients must provide feedback within 3 business days of receiving each draft.
- Delayed feedback beyond this period may lead to additional charges for further modifications.
3. Ownership of Deliverables
- Upon final approval, delivery of completed files, and full payment, all rights to the website, artwork, and designs are transferred to the client.
- Clients are free to use the deliverables without any future obligations to Digi Rush Solutions.
4. Modifications to Terms
- Digi Rush Solutions reserves the right to update or revise these terms at any time, without prior notice.
- Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of the current version of these Terms of Use.
5. Copyright & Trademark Policy
- Clients retain full ownership of all approved designs and materials.
- Digi Rush Solutions reserves the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio or marketing materials unless otherwise restricted by the client in writing.
- No resale or third-party use will be permitted without client authorization.
6. Record Retention
- We maintain a backup of finalized design files for up to 6 months post-delivery.
- DClients may request their files during this time. After 6 months, data may be deleted without further notice.
7. Communication Policy
- Official communication must be via emails sent from addresses ending in @digirushsolutions.com or through contact numbers listed on our official website.
- We are not responsible for damages arising from communication through unauthorized email addresses or numbers.
8. Customer Support
- Our support team is available 24/7 to assist with any questions, feedback, or service-related issues.

9. Payment Disputes
- We follow a fair billing process. In case of an unauthorized or disputed transaction, the client must reverse the dispute within 24 hours of notification.
- Failure to comply will result in immediate termination of all ongoing services, and any outstanding payments will become due, including applicable penalties for losses incurred.
Service Completion & Agreement Form
- Upon completion of a project, the client must sign a User Agreement Form confirming acceptance of the delivered work.
- Delay in submitting this form may cause a hold on final file delivery and project closure.
